Return Policy for Printed T-Shirts

We value your experience with us and strive to ensure a smooth and fair return process. Please review the policy below.

Conditions for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return.

  • An unboxing video is required as proof for damaged items. For incorrect products, clear photos are sufficient.

  • The original tag must not be removed.

  • Items must be unused and unwashed to qualify for return.

  • if there is any dirt, stain, or mark on the T-shirt especially on white T-shirts the return request will be disapproved.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your return request.

  • Share the necessary photos or videos related to your concern.

  • Our team will review your request and provide approval for the return.

Returning the Product

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Send the product back to us via courier.

  • As a growing startup, we are working toward offering doorstep pickup; however, this service is not yet available. We kindly request customers to courier the product to us.

  • The courier charges will be refunded upon submission of the courier receipt.

Refund Process

  • Once you contact us and receive approval, the return process officially begins.

  • After the couriered product reaches us, we will verify the issue based on your submitted concerns.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

  • Customers will be asked to share their bank or UPI details for the refund transfer.

  • We will refund the product cost along with the courier charges you incurred.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

At RE-Revive Studio, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. Quality is our number one priority.We take pride in delivering exceptional products that meet the needs of our customers.

At RE-Revive Studio we specialize in providing digital products. Each of our products comes with a sample video that accurately reflects the final product. We request our valued customer to take a moment to watch our sample video to ensure that the product  meets your requirements.

If there are any digital errors or technical issues in the delivered product. We provide a complete replacement for the delivered product. However, we need the customer to contact our support team for a replacement within 7 days from the date of purchase.

 

To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support at rerevive.business@gmail.com.

Our team will verify your pruchase order and send you an replacement digital product of your purchase.

Since our products are complete digital products, we do not entertain any cancelation. we do not provide any refund.
